My name is Mark Furneaux, and I am Owner and Managing Director of MMC Ltd. My earlier experience was gained over 26 years in the NHS as an IHCD Technician. I am a highly motivated, ambitious, passionate individual with a wide variety of skills developed over several years working within the NHS. I am very keen, hardworking and am told I am a very approachable individual. I am proactive and forward thinking, and have the ability to take on and enjoy a challenge. I am an excellent communicator at all levels, and very honest.


I’m Craig an IHCD Ambulance Technician with around 11 years experience with NHS Ambulance Services, Private Ambulance Services and in hospital.
I’m very passionate about caring for people and strive to deliver a high level of professional individual focused care. Throughout the years my experience has grown enabling me to work in different areas in the ambulance sector including working on a Paediatric Intensive Care Ambulances, Falls Response, even working with ECMO teams retrieving critically unwell patients from around the country.
Out of work I try to spend as much time with my kids. I enjoy canoeing, mountains biking and I’m an experienced climber and enjoy dangling from a rope on a mixture of indoor and outdoor rock faces.

Phil Abbiss

Introducing – Phil Abbiss
Phil is an IHCD technician having worked at Human Touch Ambulance and East Midlands Ambulance, he knows a thing or two about first aid! Phil has been with MMC since the start, helping out as required. Having done Horse Ball, 2 Seasons of lets rock and a lot of MMA, Phil is an old hand when it comes to Event Cover!


I’m Lorraine Abbiss a Registered nurse for almost 20 years, with a masters in management, advanced nursing practice qualification and diplomas in Quality Management, Operations Management, plus Business Management and Entrepreneurship. Currently Clinical lead nurse specialist and CQC advisor for MMC. Extra skills = venepuncture and cannulation, advanced wound closure including suturing and glue. Qualified trainer/assessor for pre-hospital courses and IQA

Andrew Morrison

I’m Andrew Morrison and I have worked for the NHS frontline in 2 ambulance trusts for the past 5 years. Advanced Technician with adittional training in Major Incident Medical Management & Support (MIMMS). I co-own Central Medical Support Group Ltd (CMSG) and I provide the logistical support for Mark and his Team.

Adam Young

I’m Adam Young and I have volunteered for MMC as an ECA and have been part of the company for about a year assisting at all types of event from boxing to festivals. I have two years experience in hospital as a student nurse, and I have 8 years of events experience through voluntary and private medical work, some of the highlights being the opportunity to work at silverstone and the Isle of Mann TT. I am very proud of my contribution to the company, especially with its infrastructure and look forward to seeing it progress.
